Feeling New..er

Well this week is starting out better. I have some miles in and I ate cereal for lunch…i plan on doing this all week. I am a teacher, and I am aweful about packing myself lunches. Therefore, I end up eating cafeteria food 2-4 times a week…horrible. I do need to get in the mood to exercise in the evening now. Or…begin to get up earlier to do it. I work with mentally draining, yet wonderful, young children. I have two children of my own who are sometimes demanding and sometimes not, plus I coach and do some other evening activities. I need a personal trainer…Well, I will try to keep this week going well. I want a 2-3 lb. loss this week!!!! Keep working hard everyone.

    Good for you. I try to spend 1/2 hr or so on Sun to make lunch for myself all week. Whole wheat tortilla, roasted turkey lunchmeat, mustart, slightly cooked asparagus spears, and carrot peals all rolled together. Things like that that take me less than 5 min to put together at lunch each day keep me from running to the deli!

    Good job on the miles! Hope it is healthy cereal, maybe take some low fat turkey and whole grain crackers?
