Feeling New..er
Well this week is starting out better. I have some miles in and I ate cereal for lunch…i plan on doing this all week. I am a teacher, and I am aweful about packing myself lunches. Therefore, I end up eating cafeteria food 2-4 times a week…horrible. I do need to get in the mood to exercise in the evening now. Or…begin to get up earlier to do it. I work with mentally draining, yet wonderful, young children. I have two children of my own who are sometimes demanding and sometimes not, plus I coach and do some other evening activities. I need a personal trainer…Well, I will try to keep this week going well. I want a 2-3 lb. loss this week!!!! Keep working hard everyone.
