Feeling New..er

Well this week is starting out better. I have some miles in and I ate cereal for lunch…i plan on doing this all week. I am a teacher, and I am aweful about packing myself lunches. Therefore, I end up eating cafeteria food 2-4 times a week…horrible. I do need to get in the mood to exercise in the evening now. Or…begin to get up earlier to do it. I work with mentally draining, yet wonderful, young children. I have two children of my own who are sometimes demanding and sometimes not, plus I coach and do some other evening activities. I need a personal trainer…Well, I will try to keep this week going well. I want a 2-3 lb. loss this week!!!! Keep working hard everyone.

Feeling Better

My  scale was rude this morning!  However, I find myself resting less (I had no reason to rest), moving more and finding that competitive former athlete inside this big frame!  LOL!  It is because of you! All of you  with your blogs, challenges, booster notes, etc.  You give me my boost!  Thanks a lot!  Welcome anyone new…Log on twice a day and get inspired! 

yucky day

Oh, I feel gross.  I ate pizza for supper and had candy while I watched a movie.  I have a headache, from my day you think?  By coming on here I am trying to get motivated to work out.  It is working.  I was just let in on two fitness challeges. I am looking forward to them….tomorrow.  Right now I can feel the tire that I call my waist, and I was out of breath putting on my boots to run an errand.  OK, the b*&^% session is over.  Here I go to the exercises….just hope I can keep myself going so that I don’t feel totally disgusting this summer. 

Beginning?!

So my great friend got me to sign up last week…and I haven’t done anything to loose weight yet except get the intestinal flu!  I will try harder.  I had a healthy supper and, overall, day.  Now to move my body!  I am going down to do the exercise mode on my daughter’s DDR.  Hope I sweat.  Looking forward to being motivated, why am I usually not?  Here I GO!!!…OH!
